 Stainless Steel Balustrades

 

 

 

Various Stanchion sizes are available. The Stanchions are available in 38mm and 50mm round stanchions as well as a unique  21 x 51mm oval stanchion. Various handrail options are available. These range from no handrail to round Stainless Steel handrails, Rectangular Stainless Steel handrails, aluminium handrail, wooden handrails and glass fitted handrails. Free standing wall mounted handrails for stairs are also available.

Our full range of balustrades can be fitted to all Staircases and Landings. These staircases can be fitted with glass, horizontal fillers and stainless steel cables. Sandblasting can be applied to glass panels as per client requirements.

We can accommodate all angles of stairs. Staircase Balustrades can be fitted with the complete range of Handrails i.e. Round Stainless, Rectangular Stainless, Round Aluminium handrails, No Handrails and Wooden Handrails. Wall mounted handrails are also available.

We specialize in the full range of Stainless Steel Balustrades, including but not limited to, Glass Pressure Bracket Balustrades, Horizontal Filler Balustrades, Side Mounted Balustrades and Stainless Steel 316 Cable Balustrades. Balustrades can be flange fixed or side-mounted. Glass thickness varies from 12 – 17mm.

The Horizontal Filler Balustrades are either Flange Fixed or Side fixed.

The balustrade complies fully with SANS 10400-D which specifies that a sphere of 100mm may not pass through any part of the balustrade.

The horizontal filler balustrade can be incorporated with any of our other designs i.e. glass, cable etc.

Balustrade can be shaped to take on the profile of any existing or new deck, balcony or staircase

Our Nautical Balustrade consists of 304 or 316 Stainless Steel Stanchions and a variety of handrails from round stainless steel handrails, rectangular stainless steel handrails, round aluminium handrails or round wooden handrails.

Our Nautical balustrades uses only marine grade 7x19 316 stainless steel cable. The 316 SS cable will not rust or corrode and is therefore maintenance free. Gaps between cables do not exceed 100 mm and complies with all regulations relating to balustrades.

The Glass Pressure Brackets are attached to the stanchions and clamp the glass panels in place. The stanchions for this balustrade can be flange fixed or side-mounted.

This balustrade design is available with or without handrails. The complete range of handrails is available

Glass ranges between 6mm – 11,52mm and complies with all statutory regulations.
